Turn any space into a productive workspace for your forktruck technician! The MP Series forktruck adapter has a 28,000lb capacity, when used with a pair of MP-Series mobile columns. The MP-Series comes in Wireless, DC-Wired, and AC configurations.

PLC computer controls for continuous synchronization of all columns. Touchscreen display shows operational status height, locks engaged (or not), inspection, cycles, each tech’s usage and many other features.

19 locking positions spaced every 3”, with ability to ‘park’ the load on the mechanical safety locks.

LiftPoint adjustable lifting forks are available in either 15” or 22” lengths for floatation tires or super-singles for safely lifting both rear tires. Forks adjust & lock for tire sizes from 48” down to 14” with wheels from 24” to 13” diameter.

LiftPoint mobile columns are built from 5 3/4” fork lift mast sections, featuring double sealed, self lubricating cylindrical roller bearings for smooth, safe lifting and lowering.

LiftPoint-the easiest columns to move. No steel or plastic wheels. LiftPoint lifts easily roll on 6” rubber coated steel wheels (not plastic) which retract, to load the weight on the lift & shop floor (not the lifts wheels or axle).

Safety Systems

  • 19 safety lock positions spaced every 3” starting at 12”.
  • Locking pins prevent movement of adjustable forks.
  • Pallet jack style DUAL STEERING WHEELS lower when weight is applied (vs.spring loaded steering wheels which can cause columns to roll when not loaded.)
  • Low mounting of power units means low center of gravity which makes moving the columns easier vs. topple prone “top heavy” columns.

Lift Options

MP Wireless DC Lifts: Twin 12 volt, deep cycle, maintenance free US made batteries. Each column equipped with a 20 amp, gel-filled, 110 volt battery charger for quickly recharging the batteries. One battery charge is good for 30+ cycles to still leave the batteries at 75% power.

Jackstands: All LiftPoint Jack Stands come in either 20,000, 30,000 or 40,000 lb capacities and are available with rubber topped flat pads or optional axle engaging yoke pads. They are available in adjustable heights of 47-77”and 30-47”. All offer an additional 7” of fine thread adjustment.

Optional TD-350 Tire Jack Enables Techs to Safely Remove Tires for Wheel & Brake Service
